Situated on a classical French courtyard in front of the Manoir, the building was once used as the groom’s quarters in days gone by. Nowadays a spacious ground floor, double aspect lounge opens on to a kitchen and dining area. A double bedroom, leading off from the lounge, features a dressing area and en suite shower room / w.c. Upstairs, the split level double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and w.c., while the two twin bedrooms share a separate shower room / w.c.

The property is tastefully finished and features many of the original wooden beams and stonework. Double doors from the lounge lead out to a terrace and barbecue area at the front of the cottage, which is shaded by a magnificent lime tree.
