This old cottage retains many of its interesting features from the past and has been recently refurbished. It has an open plan living room with kitchen / dining area, opening out onto the terrace and garden. There is a double bedroom with en-suite also on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with en-suite, plus two twin (or double) rooms and with a shared bathroom.

The property comes equipped with all of your tableware and kitchen requirements, including dishwasher. Laundry facilities are provided close by. Extra equipment is often available on request, particularly for babies and children.The garden is furnished with with sun loungers, outside dining and a BBQ.

Chez Nicholas is our latest renovation project at Longeveau. This lovely old farmhouse can sleep eight guests in two double bedrooms and two twin/double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower/wc. There is an open plan living, dinning and kitchen, which opens onto the front and rear terraces. The property is surrounded by a generous mature garden surrounding the property. The private, heated swimming pool is surrounded by a stone wall, enjoying all day sun and views of the surrounding countryside.

A fabulous villa set in gardens, with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. L’Emilienne sleeps eight people across four bedrooms, with ample dining and entertainment space to ensure you make the most of your holiday.

Positioned mostly on the ground floor, L’Emilienne is surrounded by terraces and a large garden. The first of two large reception rooms features a high ceiling with old oak beams and a fireplace. Big comfy sofas and a dining area finish the room, with two sets of double doors opening out onto a covered side terrace, offering views out over the rolling countryside.

The kitchen is centrally located, adjoining the inside and outside eating areas with access to the rest of the house. As a central hub, with breakfast bar for added comfort, you’ll find everything you need for preparing your holiday banquets. Plenty of storage and utensils, an oven, hob, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine ensure you have all bases covered in this beautiful modern kitchen.

Each of the four bedrooms are generously sized, with their own en-suite and individual styling. Choose between the light and airy, ground floor double bedroom, which opens out onto the private swimming pool terrace. Or the first floor double bedroom, with its romantic balcony for two and probably the best views in the area! Two twin rooms (which can also be made up as doubles) are equally comfortable with plenty of practical space to hang your clothes and store your belongings.

With easy access and a walk-in shower, one of the twin rooms is also suitable for impaired mobility and wheel chair access. Please ask us for more details.

A second reception room offers more comfy seating and a large flat-screen TV (with freeview, DVD player and a stereo). This great entertainment space also features its very own bar with built-in refrigeration and a two metre long oak bar – perfect for entertaining your guests or recreating that scene from ‘cocktail’ !

Double doors lead out to a semi-enclosed terrace with comfortable outside sofas; daytime sunshine and unforgettable views. Further on, a shaded terrace passes the first reception room and opens up to a covered dining area, which still benefits from the stunning views of the picturesque Charantais and Dordogne countryside. The sun shines here from morning though to evening, and a large stone BBQ completes the picture. What better way to spend the long summer days and evenings!

The swimming pool has a west facing terrace of its own; secluded and secure, with the sun from morning though to sunset. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs. The pool is 10m x 5m and heated to a comfortable temperature when required, but always a refreshing break from the hot summer days.

L’Emilienne has a separate downstairs loo, dedicated private parking, wifi and freeview English TV. As with all of our properties, additional toddler and baby equipment is available upon request. Le Merisier is a fairly recent addition to the Longeveau estate. This new house in the hamlet of Puygironde - is located a few minutes stroll up the lane from Longeveau. A modern property with a large enclosed garden, offering fabulous views across our valley. This year the Merisier is benefitting from a newly completed extension, providing a new living room and additional bedroom with ensuite as well as a separate sofa bed area, extending the overall capacity of this spacious property to 10 guests. There is also a new heated (enclosed) swimming pool!

The main entrance leads into a large modern kitchen and dining area with double doors that lead to the rear terrace and gardens. The well equipped kitchen features all of the essential items you will need for your stay, including a microwave, dishwasher, large oak table and and a separate utility / laundry room.

On the ground floor there are two twin rooms (which can also be made up as doubles), sharing access to a separate shower room / w/c. The Pigeonnier tower bedroom is accessed via a staircase from a seperate lobby area on the ground floor, where there is also another shower room / w/c. This bedroom is located in the tower and features views from all three of the aspects! The 4th, master bedroom, is on the ground floor after the lobby area (which also offers a double sofa bed) and offers its own en-suite.

There is a living room with double doors opening out to the garden and pool terrace, providing fantastic views across the garden and valley beyond.

The large garden offers lots of play space, a new, heated (enclosed with safety gate) swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, offering great views and sunshine from early morning though to sunset! A terrace at the back of the house has a covered dinging area and built-in-BBQ for making the most of long summer evenings. The garden is fully enclosed to ensure peace and mind for families with little ones.

Le Merisier offers UK free-view TV, wifi, central heating and air conditioning to keep you cool on the hot summer days! Plus all of the facilities and services at Longeveau, only a short stroll away!

Le Lavoir is a spacious, modern property located half way between Longeveau and Puygironde. It sits on the side of a hill, enjoying great views out across the valley and across the Dordogne.

The main entrance is at the rear of the property. This takes you into the large kitchen / diner, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all of the bits and pieces you will need to enjoy your holiday. The living room has windows on all three of the outside walls, with double doors opening onto the terrace. There is ample comfy seating for everyone and TV with English freeview channels.

The main bedroom has an en-suite with double sink, shower and a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with shower. The third bedroom has a double or twin beds and also has an en-suite with shower. There is a separate wc from the main corridor.

A covered terrace runs the length of the property at the rear. This opens onto a large garden, leading down to the private, heated pool (fully enclosed for the safety!). The views are fabulous - with some walnut trees complete the picture!

The property is fully air conditioned There is a BBQ and plenty of sun loungers. or equipment is available on request. Le Lavoir is conveniently located a couple minutes stroll away from Longeveau.
