The ground floor offers a cosy, open-plan, living, kitchen and dining space. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. While upstairs, there is a further double bedroom with an en-suite and two twin (or double) rooms that share a bathroom.

Doors at the rear of the property lead to a covered terrace that offers lovely shade from the peak of the Charentais sun and a perfect spot for star gazing after enjoying a BBQ and some al fresco dinning.
