This offer applies to all 2021 bookings, made on or after 1st January 2021. We guarantee a choice of either reallocating your booking dates, or a full refund, in the event of a cancellation arising from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Whereby,

• You or a member of your booked party (as confirmed in your booking information) have contracted COVID-19 within 10-days prior to your booked arrival date. Justification and proof must be provided to Manoir de Longeveau.
• You live in a region where confinement prevents you from taking up your booking with us, at least until the day of your scheduled stay with us. Justification and proof must be provided to Manoir de Longeveau.
• Travel restrictions prevent you from taking up your booking with us, at least until the day of your scheduled stay with us. Justification and proof must be provided to Manoir de Longeveau.
• Mandatory quarantine, either in France or your country of residence, prevents you from taking up your booking with us. Justification and proof must be provided to Manoir de Longeveau.
• Closure of Manoir de Longeveau, arising from a situation in which the tourist activity of Manoir de Longeveau is interrupted or does not allow an effective or normal occupation of the accommodation and residence, following an administrative decision.
